Moodys Private Client Law
"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person who is doing it." – Chinese proverb
Sally practices primarily in the area of business & corporate commercial law, bringing years of valuable insight and experience the Moodys Private Client Business Law team.
In addition to acting for clients in general corporate and commercial matters (including business formations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, leasing and contract review and drafting matters), Sally also acts for both lenders and borrowers in respect of debt financings including syndicated, secured and subordinated debt arrangements, and vendors and purchasers in respect of acquisitions and dispositions.
When she isn’t spending her time helping clients succeed wherever they are on their journey as a business owner, you’ll find Sally enjoying everything the great outdoors has to offer with friends and family.
