Do you want to live in the US permanently? The EB-5 investor green card may be your answer!

The EB-5 Regional Center Investor program, which was recently reauthorized by Congress through September 2027, was created in 1990 for the purpose of stimulating the US economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Individuals who make a qualifying investment and otherwise meet all eligibility criteria for the EB-5 program, obtain US Lawful Permanent Residency (“green card”) for themselves and eligible dependent family members.

Topics that will be covered in the webinar include:

  • What is the EB-5 Regional Center Investor Program and how can you benefit?
  • What are the immigration legal eligibility requirements to obtain US Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Card) through an EB-5 regional center investment?
  • Are there any Canadian-specific tax considerations for those obtaining US Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Card) through an EB-5 regional center investment?
  • What types of projects/programs does EB5 Capital offer for EB-5 regional center investments?

Please join us virtually to learn about the recently reauthorized EB-5 Regional Center Program, EB5 Capital’s regional center investment offerings, and associated tax planning.
